A little chigger of salt, a shake of cayenne pepper and just a dab of sugar … and presto, here’s the Seasoned Administrator.
All kidding aside, our profession is blessed to have a large contingent of dynamic legal professionals, with multiple years of professional legal experience which I consider to be one of our most valuable and treasured resources.
In keeping with our conference theme, “Effective Leadership Through Changing Times,” the Conference Committee has developed a series of sessions, Seasoned to Perfection. These sessions are designed to provide these legal management professionals with the most current trends and the educational tools needed to help their partners achieve success in their law firms and/or legal departments.
Are you one of these leading legal administrators who have been around and thriving for several years in search of information on current trends and more advanced educational opportunities at ALA’s Annual Conferences as outlined above? If your answer is “yes,” then the 2013 ALA Annual Conference in National Harbor definitely has what you are looking for. For the first time in a very long time, we will bring you more advanced sessions for the “seasoned” administrator than ever before.
I encourage you to view the complete list of Seasoned to Perfection sessions and let us know which ones look most appealing to you.
Great post Mark! I like to think I’m a FEW shakes of pepper….! But seriously, we are very excited to offer this track for administrators seeking more advanced education. In addition to the link you mention, there are also little salt shaker icons in the brochure indicating the “seasoned” sessions!
Karen, There might be cayenne pepper in that shaker. These sessions are a great opporunity for all of us and shouldn’t be missed.
